You should make your own appetizers using fresh organic ingredients. You can use organic/local fruits and vegetables and dairy products (such as cheeses or for use in dips). Using fresh, local ingredients will cut transportation of goods and fresh fruits and vegetables do not have any wasteful packaging (just bring a reusable bag to the market). Most grocers have an organic section now.

I'm focusing in on the wheat/gluten issue. The other two are just too easy to work around. Ener-G egg replacer works great in most applications.
We have found Tinkyada pasta to be the closest to "real" pasta. Our family uses Bob's bread mix the most. None of it is going to taste like "regular" bread but it is tolerable. The mixes tend to taste better than premade. Often toasting the bread gives it a better taste. I would look around at all the GFCF (gluten free/casein free) sites. There are many and often loaded with bread, cookie, treat etc recipes.

If you're a meat eater, try to have "meatless mondays" or something along those lines.
The meat industry has HUGE impact on our environment, and even one non-meat meal a week can make a difference. I'm doing this myself as well as buying more organic.
