at Green Benefits we are disgusted with the amount of disposable plastic water bottles people use everyday! we found this great new product that is reducing the amount of plastic water bottles use on school campuses in B.C. Canada. its called WaterFillz and it promotes clean, good tasting water and the use of eco-friendly water bottles! every school and business should have one of these!

you can find them online or on the Green Benefits website

I don't know about you guys, but I think it's about time we stopped using disposable bottles all together- regardless of their recycleability-

It's time we used travel mugs or something MORE sustainable and biodegradable then plastics.

Check out: Thestoryofstuff.com (they have a few videos- EXCELLENT! - about interesting topics)

Other things we can do to help the enviornment are using less chemical cleaning supplies(that are flushed into our water system once they are done being used) and use GREEN cleaning supplies like Meyers, or Great Green Cleaning brand supplies from GemTek.com (Safe Care products)-

When I have a professional service done I ONLY use a service that is REALLY green.

check out www.greatgreencleaning.com for more information about green services.

when my wife and I wash clothes we have noticed lately our white clothes are a bit dingy.Although the water looks clear, the shower head and other faucets around the house get crudded over with calcium colored like red mud. Our home is built on red clay, what is this simplest solution to the problem? I have home depot coming next week about a whole house purification filter, but i really don't wanna put 3 grand into the solution.Any plumbers out there willing to share a tip? I live in Middle Ga too if any of you live around the area.

A couple of years ago, if you came to my home and asked for water, I would have tossed you a water bottle. It didn't occur to me that I was doing the environment harm until I realized how many plastic bottles I was left with.

Realizing so, I automatically bought a water filter and installed it in my kitchen. The great thing is, my tap water is pure clean water. It saves me money as I no longer have to go out to the store and spend money on somthing I can get free at home, and I don't have to deal with plastic bottles.

I recommend that every one gets a water filter, they are simply awesome.
