It's about the same amount of time as other garden plants. If you plant in May they are usually ready to harvest arount the end of August.

It won't, cause it approximately grows about 3 to 5 month, even with extra fertilizer, only make it faster ablut 2 weeks..

Water melon requires a lot of spaces and time, and not easy to raise. I would rather to plant other organic vegetables instead.

No, it's not that long. But you just need to be a liitle patient, cause it wont grow like a green bean.

that's interesting. ever heard that an apple is nature's toothbrush (I heard that from a teacher but I don't believe her) or that a horse can go upstairs, but can't go back dow.

Nice to know. The way the thread is going, it seems like were planing to grow gardens. Which is a great ideas because it gives a remarkable feeling of working with the earth, and makes us less dependent on others.
